The House
Small by design, so the coast stays the loudest thing here.
Aster House holds twenty-two rooms — enough to feel alive in the evenings, few enough that the terrace never feels crowded. Every part of the house is oriented toward the water: the light arrives off the Pacific in the morning and leaves through the cypress at dusk.
There is no lobby performance and no programme to keep up with. There is a restaurant, a treatment space, trails that begin at the door, and a great deal of weather to watch.

Rooms at Aster House are quiet, uncluttered and built around the view. Because there are only twenty-two of them, we arrange each stay by hand rather than by algorithm — tell us your dates and what you are hoping for, and we will match you to the right room.
The Table
A restaurant on site, so the evening never has to leave.
The house has its own restaurant. On this stretch of coast that matters more than it sounds: when the fog comes in and the highway turns quiet, dinner is a short walk across the terrace rather than a drive along the cliffs.
Guests are welcome at the table throughout their stay. Let us know in your enquiry if you are travelling with particular needs or marking something, and we will plan around it.
Wellness
Treatments taken slowly, with the ocean in the room.
